Can you explain my pet’s discharge paperwork?
Yes. We can explain and organise written medication, feeding, activity, wound-care, monitoring and follow-up instructions.
Can you tell me whether my pet is recovering normally?
No. We cannot assess recovery or symptoms. Contact your veterinary practice if you are concerned about any change.
Can you create a medication timetable?
We can organise the timings already written in the document. We do not calculate, change or recommend a dose.
What if two instructions appear to conflict?
We highlight the apparent inconsistency instead of guessing. Confirm the correct instruction with the veterinary practice.
Is Clarity Companion an emergency service?
