Can you tell me whether my blood test is normal?
No. We can explain the result names, numbers, units, ranges, flags and written comments, but only a qualified healthcare professional can interpret them in the context of your health.
Does a high or low flag mean something is wrong?
We do not assess that. A flag shows how the laboratory system has displayed the result. Your clinician considers the wider context, including other results and your medical history.
Can you explain several blood tests in one report?
Yes. If they are part of the same uploaded document, we can organise them into clear sections and highlight the wording used for each result.
Can I upload an NHS or private laboratory report?
Yes. We can explain medical paperwork from NHS, private and other healthcare providers, provided the document is clear enough to read.
What if I feel unwell or am worried about a result?
